Not only did the man with the mouth that wouldn't close say something dumb in regard to Barack Obama (as addressed here by Neighborhood regular John Royal, on his new blog), but seems that Joe decided no one ever heard the one about the Indian guy who works at the 7-11. Check it out:

No hope in D.C.
I like his little bit from earlier in the year when he said that during the Civil War, Delaware was really a slave state on the side of the Civil War.
