GIBSON + LOVE = SOBRIETY
Taking a break from the heavy world of midterm election politics, I noticed that Courtney Love is giving credit to none other than Mel Gibson for her 15 months of sobriety.
I guess after seeing her 15 minutes of fame drying up, 15 months of sobriety was the next best option. The story, involving grins, greetings and cheeseburgers is so proposterous you'll just have to read about it yourself. But that's not to say there wasn't at least one line worth quoting here. Cause there was.
Speaking about her & Kurt Cobain's daughter, Francis Bean, aka The Poster Child For The Born To Be Screwed Up Foundation, Love claims that "She didn't see me on drugs very often — once or twice, maximum."
She also said that none of her hit songs were penned by Cobain, and that Gibson said "now that Jesus has shown me the path to sobriety, man I just loves me those damn Jews."

Of course Cobain didn't write her songs. Everyone knows that it was Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins who did that.
This is a good point. Kurt Cobain, Billy Corgan, and Mel Gibson: The Holy Trinity of Courtney's Newfound Buddhism.
Or something like that.
I'd suggest that poor Francis Bean was a virgin birth, but Ms. Love's reputation belies that one.

Yeah. Wednesday.
